Yoga Retreats and Classes

Our yoga style is rooted in Vinyasa Flow;

a dynamic, fluid style of yoga that emphasises the synchronisity of movement and breath.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or new to the practice, our purpose is to help you drop back in to yourself.

To take the time to notice what you find when you slow down long enough to listen to and feel what is there within.

 So whatever your ability or understanding of yoga come and join us.

Testimonials

As a professional footballer yoga is an essential part of my recovery and it has been great working with Briony on a regular basis. Her sessions are always tailored to what I need, whether more relaxing or dynamic, depending on my training and match schedule.

She is very good at identifying and mobilising areas of restriction in the body, focusing on both short term and long term mobility improvements with tailored stretches and breathwork. She is a relaxed and enthusiastic teacher that I really enjoy working with.
— James Milner, Professional Footballer
“We’re so conditioned to squeeze productivity out of every second of our waking hours, but Briony has brilliantly overruled the urge to do and do, and instead of easing into more and more activity she eases her guests into rest.

This one-day ‘retreat’ made that post-yoga-class buzz really settle in and stay put.

MY PROMISE

Using movement, breathwork, music and laughter, I want to help people uncover a little piece of themselves each time they step on the mat. No pressure, no perfection required.
